Four things we do well

Every job ends with a deliverable you can hand to an engineer, a maintenance planner or a board. Not a folder of photos.

Why AIV

Run by someone who has stood on the client side of the fence.

AIV's owner manages an industrial manufacturing operation in Kwinana and has spent years dealing with shutdowns, inspections, capital projects and the contractors who turn up to do them. That shapes how every AIV job is run: turn up prepared, fit in with site rules, do not get in the way of production, and deliver something the site can actually use.

  • Industrial focus. We understand process plants, exclusion zones, permits and what an inspector needs to see.
  • Reports you can act on. Findings called out, imagery annotated, files organised the way maintenance teams work.
  • Safe and compliant. CASA licensed, airspace assessed before every flight, JSA and site induction completed before we fly.
  • Fast turnaround. Inspection imagery and reports delivered within days, not weeks.

How a job runs

Four steps, no surprises

01. Scope

Tell us what you need to see

A phone call and a site plan are usually enough to scope and price the job. We confirm the assets, the outputs and the format your team wants.

02. Plan

Airspace, risk and site rules

Airspace assessed and authorisations obtained, JSA completed, site induction done, exclusion zones agreed with your site contact before the day.

03. Fly

Capture without disruption

Most external inspections are flown with the plant running. Typical site time is two to four hours, with your operations informed throughout.

04. Deliver

Report, imagery and raw files

A findings report with annotated imagery, plus the full data set in the format you need. Walk through the results with us if it helps.

Tell us about the site. We will tell you what the drone can give you.

Send a few details and you will get a straight answer on approach, timing and cost. No obligation.

The more you can tell us about the site, the asset and what you need to see, the faster we can price it. Photos or a site plan help.
